Patobe Smart Homes and Automation Ltd – Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our service while also protecting the integrity of our
services and products. For this reason, we offer a “Conditional” refund policy. This refund
policy document outlines the circumstances under which clients of Patobe Smart Homes and
Automation Ltd, may be eligible for a refund.

Condition:
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
a) The product is defective or malfunctioning due to a manufacturing error.
b) The product was damaged during shipping and the client reported the damage within
3 days of receipt.
c) Installation services were not completed due to established technical issues on our
part.
d) The client cancels the service prior to installation, subject to cancellation fees.

The following items and services are non-refundable:
a) Products purchased from third-party vendors.
b) Custom or special order of products
c) Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
d) Installation fees once the service has been rendered.
e) Subscription or maintenance fees.

If you wish to request a refund, you can email us at patobesmarthomes@gmail.com and

provide relevant information regarding the reason for the refund request. Patobe Smart
Homes and Automation Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund request of it determines that
the conditions outlined in this policy have not been met.

You must request your refund within 7 days of the issue arising. The request must include all
relevant information and our team will review it and provide a response within 10 business
days. If we confirm that the conditions of our Conditional Refund Policy have been met, we
will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original
payment method used at the time of purchase.

Our refund policy is in addition to any legal rights you have, and it in no way replaces those
rights.

If you believe that a law in your geographic area entitles you to a refund outside of what is
permitted by this policy, please contact us at patobesmarthomes@gmail.com. We will verify
our legal obligations, and if required, we will provide you with a refund.

Please note the refund policy doesn’t apply to installed security smart door locks.
